This portal shows you the progress of the work T.one Universal Trading LLC is doing for you. It is run by T.one, and this notice says what it keeps and why.
Your name, the username you choose and a scrambled form of your password (never the password itself); the project information T.one shares with you (dates, progress, documents and photos of the work); the problems you report and the photos you attach; and a record of when you sign in and which documents you open.
To show you your project, to deal with the problems you report, and to keep the account secure. Nothing here is used for marketing or shared with anyone outside T.one and the people at your own company who have their own account.
On a server rented by T.one from Hetzner Online in Germany, protected with an encrypted connection. T.one's costs and internal records are not stored here; a quotation or an order confirmation is only stored if T.one shares it with you.
For as long as your account is active and the project or its warranty runs, then removed on request or when the account is closed.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to close your account, through your T.one contact or at reception@t1-studio.com.
